Trainings

Personal training
Personal training is one-on-one and you work together with one of our certified fitness professionals. The personal trainer designs a tailor-made training program that is tailored to your goals, fitness level and any specific needs or limitations.
Personal training sessions usually include a variety of exercises, such as strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility work and optional nutritional guidance.
Duo training
Duo training, also known as partner training, refers to a fitness service in which two people train at the same time under the guidance of one of our fitness professionals.
During duo training sessions, the two participants work together on their fitness goals, with the trainer guiding them, demonstrating exercises, correcting and motivating them. This form of training can be effective for people who enjoy training together, as the social aspect of having a training partner can add extra motivation and fun to the training process.
Group lessons
Group classes are structured workouts given to a group of people under the guidance of one or two of our fitness instructors.
These classes include different types of workouts such as cardio, strength training, flexibility.
We offer a diverse and complete range of group lessons. There are many different types of group lessons, such as Booty Pump, FIT Kickboxing, Power Bootcamp, VC FIT KIDZ 0639838164, FIT WoD (Workout of the Day), Event Training, Circuit Training and more.
Each class can focus on a specific aspect of fitness, such as improving endurance, building muscle strength, strengthening the core, improving flexibility or burning calories.
The advantage of group classes is that you motivate and support each other, with the fitness instructor encouraging and correcting the participants as they work together towards their fitness goals. This creates a sense of connection and community within the group, which will add to the training process and enjoyment.
Our gym
Our private gym is accessible to anyone who wants to work on their personal goals.
People of all ages exercise with us, beginners and advanced.
